Warner Bros. Japan and Wit Studio released the latest trailer for Suicide Squad Isekai at a stage event during AnimeJapan 2024.
The trailer revealed the anime's July 2024 premiere and that it will be broadcast on Tokyo MX and BS11 in Japan.
At the time, there was no mention of the upcoming anime's exact release date, but now, the Suicide Squad Isekai is confirmed to have a July 5 release date.
Its release date was revealed in a new promo video shared on the Warner Bros. Japan's official YouTube channel.
Previously, a post by Max Nordic listed the series with a June 27 release date, though the post was soon deleted. It seems that it was deleted as it's not the final release date as confirmed just recently.

Suicide Squad Isekai revolves around a group of notorious criminals from Gotham City, including Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface, and King Shark.
These villains are assembled by Amanda Waller for a high-stakes mission. The twist comes when they are transported to another world where swords and magic exist.
Upon their arrival, the Suicide Squad members are captured and imprisoned by the kingdom's soldiers.
To earn their freedom, they must conquer the hostile Imperial army under the conditions set by Queen Aldora.
The series promises a mix of action, fantasy, and dark humor as the Suicide Squad fights to survive and achieve their objective in this unfamiliar and perilous world​.
