Hera Syndulla certainly has been through a lot in Star Wars Rebels but she never let the difficulties bring her spirit down. This is why voice actress Vanessa Marshall believes fans should always see the captain of the Ghost crew as a true role model.
Hera may have been born to be a revolutionary yet the optimistic Twi'lek always managed to look on the bright side of things. After all, the final season concluded with Hera and Chopper helping Captain Rex in an important battle although she recently gave birth to Kanan Jarrus' son Jacen Syndulla. Not surprisingly, Marshall confirms with ComicBook.com that Hera inspired the voice actress with her "glass half-full" outlook in life.
There is little doubt that Hera is a character that women look up to. Marshall points out that her character reaches more than just single women and that Hera actually works as a universal beacon of hope.
It is still unclear if Hera will return in future Star Wars projects. Nevertheless, her contribution to the Star Wars Universe could have a lasting effect on fans.
