The idea of being a part of a Disneyland attraction is certainly an exciting one and Daisy Ridley certainly thinks it's amazing that her character Rey has been integrated into Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. However, the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actress also admitted that recording for the theme park was somehow "stressful."
Ridley's recent guesting on the Happy Sad Confused podcast certainly had several revelations about Episode IX but we also learned that the Ophelia star herself had to record for Rey's appearance at the Disneyland attraction. Unfortunately, the timing for Galaxy's Edge resulted in a busy holiday season for Ridley.
While she had no problem finishing what she had to do for Galaxy's Edge, there was a time when Ridley almost decided to drop out of the Star Wars Universe for good. She confessed that she almost called it quits while working on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Luckily, Ridley changed her mind about quitting and the rest is, as they say, history.
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is currently open at Disneyland. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20.
