Spider-Man: Far From Home is going to be watched by a lot of people, thanks to the ending of Avengers: Endgame. While many fans are looking forward to Peter Parker taking on these Elementals with Mysterio, a number of people will mostly tune in to see how this sets up the fourth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Still, even those people want to know the answer to one thing; will Michael Keaton return as Vulture?
The answer, according to Jon Watts, is a sad "no."
In a lengthy interview covered by ComicBookMovie, Watts gave a quick answer when it comes to Vulture's status in the film. It's a big no as Michael Keaton was not hired for the second film, though that could always be a false answer. Still, it looks like we shouldn't expect a direct follow-up to Homecoming, which is a shame since people really liked that mid-credits stinger (because Scorpion was in it LOL).
Once again, Watts could be lying. That or Keaton will be in a mid-credits sequence, which won't require him to appear in the movie's poster or anything like that. Only time will tell but knowing that Vulture won't be an immediate part of the movie is pretty disappointing if we're being honest.
Spider-Man: Far From Home will be showing in theaters on July 2.
