We're less than five months away from the premiere of Spider-Man: No Way Home but for some intriguing reason, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have yet to unveil the threequel's official trailer much to the chagrin of webheads. If you haven't been keeping up with the latest MCU rumors that have been circulating online, it is believed that the third Spidey film will feature the grand returns of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

Of course, both studios have previously denied the ongoing rumors but that didn't stop fans from thinking otherwise. As it stands, we still don't have any clue as to when promotions for Spider-Man: No Way Home will begin but apparently, some theaters have already begun hyping up the "most ambitious" superhero film. Taking matters into their own hands, some theaters have been using fake fan-made posters to promote the film featuring Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield. Check it out here:

You really can't blame them for using fake promotional material since Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have not given us anything, not even a single teaser apart from that title reveal clip they unveiled last February. It's highly unlikely that the studios have control over theaters so obviously, they can do whatever they want until they're given proper materials. But what if Marvel and Sony are actually aware of it and have "conspired" with cinema owners to give fans some much-needed hype?

Spider-Man: No Way Home hits cinemas in December.
