South Park recently aired its season 28 finale, with a resolution to the storyline regarding the birth of Antichrist through Satan. But did Trump manage to prevent it from happening?
The hit animated series has been relentlessly poking fun at Trump in its recent season, as it portrayed him as someone who is in a relationship with Satan and pregnant with a baby that is set up to be the Antichrist. Fans have been wondering how the series will resolve the storyline and whether it will indeed lead to the arrival of a new devilish figure.
Did South Park Season 28 Finale End with the Birth of the Antichrist?

In the season 28 finale of South Park titled "The Crap Out," they addressed the long-running storyline regarding the birth of Antichrist and the fate of Trump and Satan's relationship.
Satan learned from Towelie that Trump has been wanting to abort their unborn child, which caused him to go to South Park and confront his partner. However, he ended up being hospitalized and went into labor.
When Trump and his team went to the hospital, they had a face-off with Stan, Towelie, and the Woodland Critters. Jesus joined the fight and sided with the latter group.
However, as the standoff was happening, the doctor informed them that the labor was unsuccessful and the unborn baby committed suicide inside Satan's womb. Thus, the arrival of Antichrist did not happen.
Trump celebrated the aborted birth of the unborn baby, while Satan got depressed and decided to leave the White House.
While the ending was a "crap out" to the storyline, it also signifies that the series might be done with exploring Trump, and, by next season, they will likely have a different story direction.
What is the Future of South Park?
Earlier this year, Paramount and Comedy Central renewed South Park for five more years, and they are expected to produce 10 episodes per year in the new deal.
Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone reportedly signed a $1.5 billion deal with the parent company. Aside from producing five more years of new South Park content, the entire library of the series will be streaming exclusively on Paramount+ worldwide.
There are no details yet on when season 29 will start production and airing, but it will likely premiere sometime next year.
