People all have their own opinions about Game of Thrones Season 8. While some simply believe the final season was too short, others hated it so much that they signed a petition to have the entire thing reshot. However, it looks like the creators of Rick and Morty are huge fans of the eighth season of the HBO series.
Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about their thoughts of the final season of Game of Thrones. Interestingly, Harmon admitted that he was initially worried about watching Season 8 but for a strange reason.
Nevertheless, it didn't take long before Harmon was enjoying the memorable scenes in Season 8 and he credits Game of Thrones executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss for that.
Not surprisingly, Roiland agrees with Harmon.
It's great to know that Harmon and Roiland appreciated the final season of Game of Thrones. Now only time will tell if the prequel shows will earn the same respect from the Rick and Morty creators.
Rick and Morty Season 4 is set to premiere on Adult Swim in November.
