Prince Andrew has always been a supportive dad to his two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
Even during the time when he rarely made public appearances, he continued to support his daughters away from the limelight. In fact, he attended Princess Beatrice’s wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi but wasn’t photographed at the private event.
Prince Andrew Wants Princess Eugenie To Relocate To Adelaide Cottage
Now, there are reports that Prince Andrew is backing Princess Eugenie’s plans to leave Frogmore Cottage and relocate to Adelaide Cottage. However, a publication claimed that it’s unlikely for Prince Andrew and Princess Eugenie’s plans to materialize because of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
According to Express, Prince William and Middleton are also eyeing Adelaide Cottage as their next home. After all, the Cambridges had been planning to relocate to the Windsor area so that they could be closer to Queen Elizabeth. Her Majesty recently moved to Windsor Castle permanently.
Since there are also claims that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could return to Britain more frequently, they will reportedly stay at Frogmore Cottage. Since they are residing in the United States right now, they loaned the property to Princess Eugenie and her family. But with their more regular return to British soil, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex need Frogmore Cottage back.

Prince William, Kate Middleton Want To Relocate To Adelaide Cottage
As of writing, nothing has been finalized yet. So, it’s still unclear whether Princess Eugenie and her family or the Cambridges would relocate to Adelaide Cottage. There’s also no confirmation regarding the claims that Prince Harry and Markle would visit Britain more frequently.
But a source told The Sun that Adelaide Cottage is the perfect choice for Prince William’s family.
“Finding a way to make Adelaide Cottage work seems to be the best and only option. There are issues with all the other houses, so Adelaide will be the favorite,” the source said.
Prince William, Kate Middleton Want To Live Closer To Queen Elizabeth
According to Marie Claire, Prince William and Middleton’s home at Anmer Hall is just too far north so they need to commute for long hours in order to get to London in time for their royal engagements.
There are also some reports suggesting that Prince George might transfer to a boarding school this year. And if this doesn’t push through, he would be moving to a school around Windsor with his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Of course, the queen is also another huge consideration why Prince William and Middleton want to live in Windsor. And according to reports, the move would always mean that the Duchess of Cambridge would be closer to her parents, as well as the other members of the royal family like Prince Edward, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and their two children.
