Kate Egan (Patricia Kalember) is expected to appear in the Power Book IV: Force Season 1 finale, according to fans.
Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) said everyone he knew and loved was dead when he fled New York for Chicago at the conclusion of Power. Despite the fact that he had lost his best friend and business partner, James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) and his lover LaKeisha Grant (La La Anthony), he still had two important New York connections.
Even though he's feuding with his nephew Tariq St. Patrick (Michael Rainey Jr.), he still has a strong bond with him. Moreover, despite her antics, his mother, Kate, will always have some type of influence over him.

Kate thinks Tommy is dead
Tommy has always had a strained connection with his mother, Kate. Following Ghost's death, their relationship was completely shattered in In Power episode 613. Kate blamed Tommy for Ghost's death because she had assisted in his upbringing.
As we all know, Tommy appeared in Ghost's Season 1 finale to set Tariq straight. As a result, he duped the FBI and his mother into believing he was dead. As a result, if Kate appears in the Power Book IV: Force Season 1 finale, she'll be in for a harsh awakening.
Kate could appear in the Power Book IV: Force Season 1 finale
We're very confident that Kate will appear in the Power Book IV: Force Season 1 finale now that Tommy's half-brother JP (Anthony Fleming) has called her to inform her of her mother's death. After all, Kate is likely to believe Miriam left her some money. Furthermore, she must be intrigued by the prospect of meeting the son she abandoned when he was so little.
We've watched Kate use Tommy for money and drugs for years. We're confident she'll try to do the same thing to JP, who is only looking for answers from her.
