Easter Egg hunts should be a fun time for everyone, right? Unfortunately, it isn't too pleasant for Robin. The Boy Wonder has just shared his traumatic egg hunt experience in a new clip from an upcoming Teen Titans GO! special episode.
The Titan's Egg Hunt clip opens with Starfire declaring that the Titans will have an Egg Hunt. However, Robin immediately shoots down the idea, explaining that he had a terrible egg hunt experience. At first, Raven points out that Robin only has painful memories while Cyborg stated that they are mostly painful and boring memories. However, there is no stopping Robin from sharing the story of his traumatic Easter Egg experience.
Robin opens his tale by stating that it is about "a brave young boy beloved by all" and there is instantly some confusion on whether he is talking about Jason Todd or Tim Drake or Carrie Kelly. However, Robin clarifies that it is about him. He then reveals that he and Batman once had an egg hunt in the Batcave that involved only one egg. Sadly, Robin was unable to find the egg and it is something that has shamed him to this day.
Interestingly, the rest of the Teen Titans were moved by the story and it is decided that they will still have an egg hunt. But instead of having one in the Titans Tower, Starfire stated that they should help Robin find the missing egg in the Batcave instead. Needless to say, the Titans will be in Gotham looking for the long-lost egg this Easter.
The Teen Titans GO! one-hour special will air on Cartoon Network on April 11.
