Wizards of the Coast will officially reveal the spoilers for the upcoming Magic: The Gathering set, Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths starting next week, but if you can't wait to know more about what the new expansion has to offer, MTG lead designer Mark Rosewater has shared a "Maro Teaser" to get us even more hyped for Ikoria, and there's a lot of details confirmed!
Over on his Blogatog, Rosewater revealed that the following can be found in Ikoria:
A set having twelve different counters sounds insane. Many are saying that they are the much-speculaed keyword counters that will let you customize a creature. This teaser also confirms Ikoria's introduction of the Mutate mechanic that was teased in the recently-released silver-bordered set, Unsanctioned. Perhaps, Mutate will allow a creature to use one or more of those counters.
Earlier this week, Rosewater also confirmed that the set will have two "crazy mechanics". Also check out the 12 Things We Know About Ikoria So Far.

Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths will officially be released on April 24, 2020. Prerelease events will take place from April 17-19.
