The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s companies include Hampshire LLC, named after the county where they had their honeymoon in 2019, and Peca Publishing, which means freckle in Spanish.

Commenting on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s ventures, Daniela Elser said:
"Harry and Meghan might now be the proud owners of a home with 16 toilets, a coop full of the world's most famous chickens and companies galore but one thing that could be in very short supply? Free time."
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry previously faced backlash after they inked a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix amid reports that the platform could lose 750,000 subscribers in the U.K. There were also claims that Spotify took the the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s podcasts “into its own hands.”
It was even reported that the music streaming giant is hiring producers to manage “every step” of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s pet project. Daily Mail reported the jobs are being offered to applicants on six-month contracts based in Los Angeles.
One of the job ads for a senior producer role read:
“We’re currently assembling a show team that will build and launch a new original show with Archewell featuring the voices of high-profile women. The ideal candidate has experience working with high-profile talent, and an interest in the intersection of social activism and popular culture.”

In July 2021, Archewell hired podcast producer Rebecca Sananes and confirmed it was looking forward to sharing more content later that year. Neither the Duke nor Duchess of Sussex has commented on these reports up to this writing.
