Queen Elizabeth has been raising concerns about her health since she was confirmed to had been hospitalized in October 2021. However, based on the recent happenings in Britain, the wife of the late Prince Philip is not ready to slow down too much amid her health issues.

Her Majesty first sparked concern after she walked with a cane during an appearance at Westminster Abbey in London for a Service of Thanksgiving on Oct. 12, 2021. Royal watchers were shocked when Princess Anne handed the accessory to Queen Elizabeth when she arrived at the church.

In 2021, David Attenborough and Her Majesty met for The Queen’s Green Planet. Most, if not all, royal followers are aware that Queen Elizabeth launched the charity called The Queen’s Green Canopy in honor of her Platinum Jubilee Year in 2022, which encourages everyone to plant more trees.

While the British monarch and David Attenborough were talking about the scheme, Queen Elizabeth shockingly made a joke about her death, per Express UK. Speaking about how climate change would impact the trees presented to Her Majesty over the next 50 years, Queen Elizabeth said: “I won’t be here though.”

David Attenborough laughed at the joke as Queen Elizabeth smiled in an ITV video. The Green Planet host previously revealed to Radio Times that he was nervous about the project with Prince Charles’ mother.

Queen Elizabeth rewarded the work of David Attenborough with a knighthood in 1986. However, Her Majesty and the program host reportedly had a fight while working together for a BBC production.

Queen Elizabeth Goes To Norfolk Ahead Of Platinum Jubilee

Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth flew off to her Sandringham estate in Norfolk, England, ahead of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Her Majesty is expected to spend a few weeks at Sandringham House.

However, Buckingham Palace has not confirmed if Queen Elizabeth would stay there for the anniversary of the day she took over the throne, Feb. 6, 1952. Her Majesty usually goes to Sandringham House in December ahead of the holidays and celebrates Christmas there.

Queen Elizabeth, this year, stayed at Windsor with Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles amid the surge of COVID-19 cases in the U.K. The British monarch also canceled the annual trip to Sandringham last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
