Following the Trump Administration's AI-generated post depicting the US President wielding a red lightsaber on Star Wars Day, actor Mark Hamill decided to give him a piece of his mind about it.

Surely, the White House was simply joining in on the fun, but to Star Wars fans and vets, this wasn't just any celebratory day for the franchise.

In celebration of May the 4th be with you, aka the franchise's unofficial Star Wars Day, the White House posted an AI-generated image of the US president sporting a Jedi outfit but on the wrong side of things.

Instead of the expected blue or green lightsaber, the AI image sees Trump holding a red lightsaber while claiming to protect the people with his Force, despite seemingly siding with evil Sith characters like Darth Vader.

This, however, did not fly over Star Wars fans' heads, but most especially the former Luke Skywalker actor.

Hamill shared his message on BlueSky to reply to the controversial post with his own: "Proof this guy is full of SITH."

Nearly every Star Wars fan chimed in to agree, with some reminding that even Sith have their own rep to protect, "You're insulting Sith, Mark... even Sith had standards."

"It cracks me up every time they portray him as being muscular and fit," another joined in, "Even more so, that they think they are the rebels!"

What makes matters worse is the post misled the White House's side in the canon Star Wars lore, "'We're not the Empire!' says the guy wearing black robes and holding a red lightsaber in an AI slop picture."

Will Mark Hamill Reprise Luke Skywalker in Future Projects?

Amid the cheering fans on Hamill's side, most of them are still wondering if they'll ever get to see the grown Luke Skywalker back on the big screens again. Or at the very least, on franchise territory.

In a recent interview with Sebastian Stan's stunt double, John Nania, it has been revealed that Stan has indeed been in talks about potentially playing a younger Luke in future Star Wars movies.

However, given that Hamill's role didn't seem to end yet with his last appearance in The Rise of Skywalker, this puts chaos hanging in the balance.

According to Nania, Stan has already talked to Hamill about the possibility of replacing his role, "Not anything official on Disney's level of Star Wars, but I guess Mark Hamill's been, like, 'He's a fantastic actor, let him do it.'"

To Stan, "Mark is still doing the job. I don't wanna take the job from him," adding that nothing "beats the original." Though he didn't exactly say it would be far-fetched to see the MCU star in Skywalker's shoes.

For now, it remains uncertain, especially since Hamill did return to the sequel trilogy while also playing a younger version of himself in The Mandalorian through de-aging technology. Who's to say he won't do it again?
