Magic: The Gathering Senior Designer Aaron Forsythe Reveals Where You Can Find The War of The Spark Trailer Song

Wizards of the Coast

When the trailer for Magic: The Gathering's upcoming set War of the Spark debuted at PAX East last weekend, many fans were amazed to see the epic footage with Liliana, Nicol Bolas, Dack Fayden, and the Eternals. At the time of this writing, the trailer has reached 6.8 million views, the highest-ever for a Magic: The Gathering trailer, and a large part of the trailer's success is thanks to its music, Inthe End by Linkin Park but this one is a remix performed by Jung Youth and Fleurie (produced by Tommee Profitt).

Over on Twitter, Senior Design Director Aaron Forsythe has shared where to find the song on Spotify. However, the version he shared has the rap portion of the track by Mike Shinoda; the War of the Spark trailer only features the first 1:20 part of the trailer, the part that Fleurie sings. I originally thought that the trailer used the Mellen Gi/Tommee Profitt version because of its lack of rap vocals but according to the trailer description, it's actually the Jung Youth and Fleurie version that they used.

I'm glad they picked the perfect song for such an epic trailer. Now, I'm still craving to see a Magic: The Gathering movie.
