Magic: The Gathering Head Designer Teases Brand New Planeswalker & More Core Set 2021 Details

The official previews for Core Set 2021 will begin later this week, but before we find out what new and reprinted Magic: The Gathering cards will be reprinted in the set, you may want to check out what Magic Head Designer Mark Rosewater is teasing for the upcoming expansion.

The nonevergreen enchantment subtype could be Shrine, Curse, Cartouche, or Saga, but I'm betting that it will be Shrine; The "popular character first introduced in flavor text" sounds like Ugin or maybe Norin the Wary.

What do you think about the Core Set 2021 details Rosewater teased? Who do you think is the new planeswalker, and what plane do you think they're from? Let us know in the comments section below.
