The Magic: The Gathering 2020 Season Grand Finals is happening this weekend, with 32 players competing for their share of the tournament's $250,000 prize pool.
Today, Wizards of the Coast has revealed the broadcast team for the three-day online event, and they include coverage veterans Maria Bartholdi, Riley Knight, Marshall Sutcliffe, Paul Cheon, and Cedric Philipps as well as Day9 and Becca Scott. Three MTG pros will also be broadcasting: Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa, Martin Juza, and Reid Duke.
That's a great team of casters. It would be exciting to hear what the broadcasting pros will have to say in the tournament.
The formats will be Historic and Standard Constructed. Players will also receive this playmat:
The 2020 Grand Finals will take place on October 9 to 11, starting at 9 A.M. PDT, with the top 8 competing for the trophy on Sunday.
