To say that Homelander has a breast milk addiction is an understatement. But quite fortunate for him, The Boys season 4 finally brings him the Madelyn Stillwell replacement he's been looking for since the first season.
Firecracker Has Been Waiting To Ger Her Spotlight with Homelander
Episode 6 titled Dirty Business shows Firecracker's attempt at finally getting some alone time with The Seven's leader, Homelander.
As Firecracker explains how she could be a better asset to The Seven than merely being accused of being a potential mole, she unzips her costume.
Homelander, at first, rejected her sexual advances. That is until Firecracker clarified that she is only showing her ounce of loyalty to him. Without getting the chance to process what she meant by that, milk spurts out of her breast.
It was shocking, to say the least. However, this strategy of hers was to be expected since she was seen taking mysterious pills in the previous season 4 episodes. As it turned out, they were to enhance her capability of producing breast milk without being necessarily pregnant.
Needless to say, the scene still surprised fans, especially when Firecracker took Homelander into her arms to let him feed on her lap on the fourth of July.

If It's Any Conciliation, Antony Starr's At Fault For Homelander's Milk Fetish
If anything, Homelander's milk fetish had something to do with a personal nudge from none other than the actor Antony Starr himself.
He recently shared how reading the script on Homelander's obsession with milk brought him to call up showrunner Eric Kripke and turn it into a recurring secret of Homelander's.
"It was so funny and weird, and I think I sent Eric an email after that scene going, 'Dude, we gotta get as much milk in this show as possible. This is gonna be like a little motif or a signature thing,'" Starr previously revealed, "And he was like, 'One step ahead of you, brother. I'm putting it in everything.'"
Despite having weirder and more disturbing 'milking' moments (stealing Madelyn's frozen breast milk or drinking straight from a cow), his acceptance of Firecracker's milk takes the cake with fans, given the surprise she had in store for him.
