Kylie Jenner denied going under the knife several times before finally coming clean in 2023. But though the reality TV star admitted she regretted her plastic surgery, she revealed major details about her boob job to help a woman who wanted to have the same breasts as her.
As she’s now dubbed a “girl’s girl” and a “real queen,“ learn how Timothée Chalamet’s girlfriend advised a fan before having a nip and tuck.
What Did Kylie Jenner Say About Her Surgical Procedure?
TikTok user Rachel Leary took her shot and tagged Jenner in her video post to know how to get boobs sit like hers.
“Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully,” she asked.
Leary couldn’t help but praise the beauty mogul’s chest for being the “most perfect, natural boob job ever“; thus, she was asking her for some advice.
Fortunately, Jenner heard her cries and responded to her post.
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol,” her reply read.
Of course, Leary thanked Jenner for the information she shared, which surprised many since she had finally revealed her secret.
What Does Kylie Jenner’s Revelation About Her Boob Job Mean?
According to London’s Centre for Surgery, a 445-cc implant usually gives the patient a D to DD cup, depending on the original breast size.
“Kylie had 445 ccs, which is the size of the implant,” David Shafer, MD, a double board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue in NYC, said (via Yahoo!).
On the other hand, a moderate profile means to have the most natural look, which is the most common when it comes to boob jobs.
Other options include low profile and high profile implants, which describe how far the breast projects from the body and how wide the implant is.
But as breast augmentation is not a one-size-fits-all thing, Shafer explained that the profile needed to be matched to the patient’s body.
For “half under the muscle,” it means the implant sits “partially under the chest muscle and partially beneath the natural breast tissue” to help “the implant settle into a more natural, teardrop-like shape.”
Silicone implants, which are filled with cohesive gel, are one of the two main types of breast implants. The other type is saline, which has salt water.
“All modern implants now are a cohesive silicone,” Shafer continued. “It’s kind of semisolid, so it holds its form, it holds its shape.”
Fisher, who also worked with Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian for breast augmentation and a cancerous facial tumor, confirmed on his Instagram Stories that he used Natrelle silicone implants from Allergan Aesthetics for Jenner’s boob work.
What Did Kylie Jenner Say About Her Plastic Surgery?
Jenner has shared her reactions about plastic surgery several times in the past. In a blog post in 2015, she denied having a surgical procedure, attributing the changes in her body to aging and weight gain.
“I haven’t gotten breast implants! Everyone is obsessed with that,” she said. “Truth is, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve gained 15 pounds and my body has changed; I’ve definitely filled out.”
In the same year, she stressed in a tweet that she hadn’t “done anything” except her lips. “But nobody seems to believe that,” she continued.
However, in 2023, she finally admitted on an episode of The Kardashians that she got a boob job at 19 and regretted it afterward.
“I wish I could … do it all differently,” she confessed. “Because I wouldn’t touch anything.”
Jenner told her friend Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou that she wanted to be an example to her eldest child, Stormi, revealing she would be heartbroken if Stormi ever wanted to change anything in her body at a young age.
Despite that, there’s no denying that Jenner’s plastic surgery fits her. As a result, many want to have the same pair she has, probably making Fisher busy in the next months.
