Based on her profile on KProfiles, though, Yeseo appears to be a little underweight. She reportedly stands 5’2’’ (157 cm) tall, weighing about 42 kilos (92 lbs).
Unfortunately for avid fans and followers, though, the Kep1er maknae has yet to disclose her diet preferences. There is little information as to how she maintains her weight and improves her overall figure.
But, considering that she is an idol and a South Korean celebrity, she likely has strict routines that she follows from time to time. As the public would recall, taking on a serious diet in the world of K-pop has already become a norm for the personalities.

The same outlet also revealed Yeseo’s food preferences. One of her favorite ones is noodles, especially cold bean soup and spicy seafood.
She reportedly likes pork backbone stew and fried chicken, as well. Dipping sauces and mint chocolate also take spots in the list of her “favorite things.”

As for the consumables that the Kep1er member does not like, there are reportedly three: eggplant, jellyfish, and mussel. She did not share, however, her reasons behind the dislike toward them.
