Fantastic Four star Jessica Alba recently opened up about her potential return as Sue Storm following Chris Evans' cameo in Deadpool & Wolverine.
The Captain America actor notably reprised his other fan-favorite Marvel character in the recent MCU film to the surprise of many fans who watched it on the big screen.
Since then, fans have been wondering whether this will lead to Evans' former Fantastic Four co-stars appearing in the MCU during the rest of the Multiverse Saga, especially in Avengers: Secret Wars.
Jessica Alba on Potential Sue Storm Return in the MCU
In a recent interview, Alba was asked whether she is open to playing Sue Storm again in the MCU after Evans reprised the role of Johnny Storm in Deadpool & Wolverine.
Fortunately, she revealed that she is interested in playing the fan-favorite Fantastic Four member again if ever Marvel asks her.
"She’s kind of a legend. It was like 20 years ago. That was a long time ago. I loved doing the Marvel movies, and I'm a big fan of Disney also. I will be watching. My kids are fans as well, so I would love to be part of that universe any time," the actress said.
This is an encouraging comment from Alba as we have an assurance that we could potentially see her as Sue Storm again if Marvel decides to bring back her version of the character somewhere in the Multiverse Saga.
While the MCU already has its own Sue Storm with Vanessa Kirby, we know that the Multiverse Saga has paved the way for Marvel to bring back several actors from non-MCU movies and reprise their roles for a multiversal crossover adventure.
For now, let's wait and see whether it ends up happening, but at the very least, we know that she is open to returning to the role and hopefully, it will come to fruition as a lot of fans would love to see it happen.
