Deadpool & Wolverine Kept Their Lips Sealed For THIS Major Marvel Cameo

As the comedic mutant duo jumps through the hoops of the Marvel Multiverse, plenty of variants join in for their cued appearances on the big screens. The cameo galore of A-list actors completely had the audiences on the edge of their seats.

Apart from the unexpected Wolverine variant from a former DC Superman star, another MCU Avenger set his suit ablaze to somewhat help Deadpool and Wolverine come up against Sabretooth and his rugged crew.

That's right — Chris Evans briefly reprised his previous role as Fox and Marvel's Human Torch aka Johnny Storm in Deadpool & Wolverine. Though not in the way you think. You'll have to watch the flick in theatres to find out.

It is worth mentioning that Evans himself previously admitted on MTV that he would rather return as Human Torch than reprise Captain America.

"That would actually be an easier sell to me than coming back as Cap," the MCU actor revealed, "Cap is so precious to me. I almost don't wanna disrupt what a beautiful experience that was. But Johnny Storm, I feel like he didn't really get his day."

It remains to be seen whether we'll be able to see him make his return as the titular flaming hero.

However, it is worth mentioning that Marvel already has current plans with a new Fantastic Four movie starring Stranger Things and A Quiet Place: Day One star Joseph Quinn replacing his role as Johnny.
