As fans have been excited for the release of the next MCU installment, there have been rumors and speculations about its casting. However, neither Marvel Studios nor Sony has confirmed his involvement nor the appearance of the fan-favorite villain.
Is Steven Yeun Part of the Spider-Man: Brand New Day Cast?

In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, Steven Yeun has finally set the record straight on the rumors that he is part of the cast of Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Unfortunately for fans, he denied that he was being eyed for a role in the upcoming MCU installment.
"Oh, man. If there was, I wouldn’t… I don’t know about it. But that would have been dope," the Invincible star said.
Yeun was originally set to play Sentry in Thunderbolts*. However, when the project was delayed due to the 2023 Hollywood strikes, he had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts. Lewis Pullman eventually took over the role. Since then, Yeun has yet to join the MCU.
When he spoke with MovieWeb, Yeun confirmed he had already seen the film and expressed interest in joining the franchise someday in a different role.
"I did. I love Jake, Jake Schreier, incredible human director. I did [see it] and I never say never. I'm around," he said.
Hopefully, Yeun will indeed have an opportunity to join the MCU for a major role in the future.
