Riley Keough is all over the news today for a shocking reason. Allegedly, Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, Benjamin, after she donated her eggs to the actor and his late wife, Kelly Preston.

This explosive claim stems from a complaint filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, against her son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract.

In the legal documents, they allege that Travolta and Preston used Keough’s eggs to conceive Benjamin in 2010, who is now 15 years old. So, what’s the truth about it?

According to court papers obtained by People, the Presley family used Kruse and Fialko as “negotiators and mediators” to help take control of Lisa Marie’s estate and payouts following her death in January 2023.

Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, later approached Kruse and allegedly told her that Preston was “unable to bear her own child,” adding that Preston and her husband, Travolta, had “previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to conceive.”

However, the documents do not specify whether any child was born from the use of the late singer’s eggs.

Lockwood also claimed that Travolta approached the Presley family again in 2010 – a year after the death of his son, Jett.

Allegedly, the Grease star no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs, claiming they carried traces of “heroin,” and instead proposed using Keough’s eggs so that Preston “could give birth to their son, Ben.”

In exchange, the younger Presley was allegedly given an “old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 and $20,000.”

Lockwood allegedly wanted Kruse and Fialko to “use the information to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters” as he and his children with Lisa Marie, Harper and Finley, were “financially destitute” while the two plaintiffs tried to “manage the constant chaos.”

But when Garcia heard about this, he allegedly wanted Kruse and Fialko to keep Keough and Travolta’s son “out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king’.” He even allegedly asked for a “million-dollar settlement.”

The original filing accuses Priscilla of fraud in the inducement, breach of contract, conversion, misappropriation of name and likeness, and intentional interference with contract and prospective economic advantage.

In September, Keough and Priscilla spoke out against the allegations made by Kruse and Fialko.

“These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another,” they told People. “Our shared priority remains honoring Lisa Marie’s memory and protecting Elvis’ legacy with dignity. We will not allow outside voices to divide us or diminish the strength of our bond as a family.”

Addressing the latest filing, Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, told TMZ that “Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

“In a completely improper attempt to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate and truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant,” the lawyers continued. “These recent, outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers—now on their fourth set of attorneys—is shameful and will be addressed in court.”
