For fans of the fantasy anime genre, a new series that might pique your interest has come. Titled Peach Boy Riverside, this series was adapted from the shōnenmanga of the same name written by Coolkyousinnjya and illustrated by Johanne.
Peach Boy Riverside began serialization on Neetsha's Weekly Young VIP in 2008 with Coolkyousinnjya. In 2015, a remake version was created; adding Johanne as the illustrator. This version began serialization in Kodansha's Shōnen Magazine R.
What's interesting about the anime adaptation is that the episodes aren't being shown in chronological order, which gives the watchers a new kind of experience!
The story follows a princess named Saltherine "Sally" Aldarake, who has a desire to leave the confines of her castle to go on adventures. One day, her kingdom is attacked by monsters called Oni, endangering everyone. Luckily, a mysterious traveler named Kibitsu Mikoto saves the kingdom with something called Peach Eye.
As Sally goes on her travels, she is unaware that she is about to cause a chain of events that will greatly affect the fate of her world.
