While the second season has yet to air, fans are already wondering whether Daredevil: Born Again has been renewed for a third season and potentially beyond.
The series received a lot of praise from fans when it premiered earlier this year, as it felt like the right continuation of the original Netflix series while also blending it with the main MCU canon. Marvel has also committed to making more ongoing series, which prompted questions on whether Daredevil: Born Again is part of their plan to double down on their television slate.
Is Daredevil: Born Again Already Renewed for Season 3?

Fortunately for fans, Daredevil: Born Again has been officially renewed for a third season.
The exciting announcement came from the head of streaming television at Marvel Studios, Brad Winderbaum, who told IGN that the hit show's third season is moving forward with plans to begin filming next year.
"In terms of Daredevil, yeah, we are greenlit for Season 3 and we start shooting next year," he said.
Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio are expected to return for the third season and reprise their respective iconic roles of Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.
Last July, Cox suggested during a GalaxyCon panel that the second season might be its final one, which prompted a lot of confusion from fans. D'Onofrio quickly clarified on social media that the series is not ending yet and there was a "good chance" that there will be a third season.
The second season recently wrapped filming, with plans to air on Disney+ early next year. Unlike most streaming shows today, Daredevil: Born Again is expected to have an annual release of new seasons.
What to Expect in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2
So far, the plot details regarding the second season of Daredevil: Born Again are still under wraps, but it will see Daredevil gathering allies to fight against Wilson Fisk's Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF).
Aside from the majority of the main cast expected to return in the upcoming season, it will also bring back Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, who fans have been speculating about before the series even premiered.
In an interview last July, Ritter expressed her excitement about stepping back into "Jessica's boots" again and "there's more story for her."
She added on her tease, "Oh, it’s gritty. It feels big too. The crew’s amazing. I’ve had an amazing experience."
