The Great Thaedus is one of the most crucial characters to exist in the Invincible series.

Not only was he the first of his race to betray and rebel against the Viltrumites and its home planet, but he later established the Coalition of Planets to defend the universe, and the galaxies from the aliens lurking about.

At one point, he had unknowingly used his own DNA eventually spreading the virus causing mass genocide amongst the Viltrumites. He coined the name of the virus as the Scourge Virus.

It is through his rebellion that he eventually found out he wasn't the only one to have betrayed his own kind, but even the titular hero himself.

To think that someone who possesses great strategic and intellectual genius when it comes to battling against his race would be voiced by someone you have long heard of since you were a kid. Here's who really voiced Thaedus.

Invincible's Thaedus voice actor is none other than Peter Cullen, who is prominently known for his top role as Optimus Prime in the ever-growing franchise.

Despite only utilizing Zoom as the primary platform for their voice recording sessions for Invincible, the show creator Robert Kirkman had nothing but praise for getting the chance to work with his all-time hero, as he told Collider:
