Fans recently got a glimpse of the new suit in a leaked photo from the show's set. The unflattering image had people concerned that Gustin was "too thin," prompting the actor to clap back at the body shaming comments. The suit has obviously been altered since the leaked picture and Gustin proudly posed in the updated version in a recent Instagram post.
Gustin's new photo certainly proves that the suit has a better fit. The actor declared that he was allowed to share the image and expressed pride for the costume. "I was clearly feeling myself. I truly love this suit," he added in the caption.
Gustin has previously hinted at the suit being tailored for the new season. The star of The CW series wrote in his post against body shaming that fans can expect an updated suit.
Gustin has played the DC superhero since 2014. The character has appeared in other CW shows like Arrow and Supergirl.
The Flash Season 5 will premiere on The CW on October 9.
