Well, Square Enix said this was going to happen. Final Fantasy VII Remake is officially available in Australia, nine days before its actual release date. While most of the world will be getting this game on April 10, Australia, and eventually Europe, has the opportunity to play the game early. However, Square Enix did tell fans not to spoil the game so if you're Australian and plan on getting the game, don't plan to stream it, at least not right away.
Keep in mind that this is for physical versions of the game so if you check the Australian PS Store, there's a good chance that Final Fantasy VII Remake isn't available yet. You're going to have to check out your favorite game store, assuming you can go out due to COVID-19, and see if they have a copy. If not, wait for tomorrow or, hell, wait for April 10.
There are a lot of reasons to be excited for this game, from its dazzling graphics to its very fun gameplay, and the fact that it's a remake of one of the most beloved PSOne games of all time. While fans can check out the original version on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, you might not want to once this game comes out.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is now available in Australia and probably Europe. The game will come out everywhere else on April 10 for the PS4.
