The hype for Dragon Ball Super: Broly continues to ramp up as new promos and teasers hit the webs, and recently, the anime franchise released a new interview with the production staff of the upcoming film, and it was there it was revealed that Paragus will be different compared to his debut in Dragon Ball Z: Broly — The Legendary Super Saiyan.

Over on Twitter, translator Herms98 shared this to fans: "There will be lots of characters besides just the usual suspects, and Paragus will be tragic this time around."

So far, not a lot of story details have been revealed about the film so based on that teaser, it's hard to tell how Paragus will be different this time around. He didn't have a pleasant time in Planet Vegeta, so it shouldn't be hard to make him a tragic character.
