Fast food chains have been known for their recent anime collaborations, and McDonald's Dragon Ball Daima meal is no exception. Here is everything you need to know to secure your own... if you're willing to travel across the world.
What's the Dragon Ball Daima Meal? McDonald's Collab Explained
The McDonald's Dragon Ball Daima meal comes from the third episode of the new series where Son Goku, Glorio, and Kaioshin stopped by a bar inside the Demon Realm to scarf down some food.
The catch about these Demon Realm burgers is similar to the mystery meat episodes in other Shonen anime series — no one knows where the meat comes from.
Still, that didn't stop the Z-Fighters from chomping down on it while fighting demons on their trail.
Lo and behold, thanks to the episode, McDonald's collaboration with the Dragon Ball Daima Z-Fighters is offering fans deals inspired by the Demon Realm!
This includes White Grape Yogurt Flavored Soda, Sweet Potato Balls, Chicken Katsu burger, and more. Here's where and how to get your McDonald's x Dragon Ball Daima deal.
Where and How to Get the Dragon Ball Daima Deal at McDonald's
The McDonald's Dragon Ball Daima deal is available from November 14 for a limited time only (and only while stocks last!).
Fans can purchase any good item (not including McDonald's Gift Certificate and McCafé products) and are free to choose from any of the following deals:
- Add $3 for a free McShaker bag and a pack of seasoning
- Add $6 to any Extra Value Meal or The Signature Burger Meal with the Upgraded to Large Fries and Large Soft Drink
- Add $9 (similar to the $6 deal except with a selected Jumbo Series Drink): The selected Jumbo Series Drinks include White Grape Yogurt Flavored Soda with Fruit Cocktail, a Large Iced Fresh Lemon Tea, and a Large Iced Local Milk Tea
Unfortunately, here's the catch about the Dragon Ball Daima deal at McDonald's.
The new crossover collaboration is strictly available in Hong Kong, though it remains to be seen if this will actually reach the West anytime soon.
Note that the Crispy Purple Sweet Potato Balls and the Japanese-Styled Chicken Katsu Burger are unavailable in Ocean Park, Sha Tin Racecourse, and Happy Valley Racecourse's McDonald's branches.
