Cyberpunk 2077 seems to be getting a New Game Plus mode and everyone is pretty excited about that, though it looks like the feature won't be available at launch. This was previously hinted at when a fan asked the game's Lead Quest Designer if there would be a New Game Plus mode. Well, thanks to an interview from the Polish magazine PSX Extreme, we can now confirm that the feature is being worked on.
Similar to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which also didn't have a New Game Plus mode when it launched, this will be added after the game comes out. This would be a problem if the game were short but when you consider that this is a CD Projekt Red game, which is notorious for being incredibly long, then most fans probably won't worry about New Game Plus for a while.
There are also a number of details that the Reddit translation of the magazine article revealed. Players will be given multiple romance options and goals, so if you want to get a girlfriend or just want to sleep around then both things are attainable. This was also a thing in The Witcher 3 so try not to do anything stupid if you want a good ending.
Cyberpunk 2077 is coming out on April 16, 2020.
