Bucky Barnes Almost Had The White Wolf Wakandan Look In Avengers: Infinity War

Anyone who has seen Avengers: Infinity War would notice that not much has changed since Bucky Barnes ended up in Wakanda. However, recently revealed concept art confirms that Bucky almost went full White Wolf with a Wakanda-inspired costume.

The images come from the Infinity War art book that features almost every available concept for the film. The costumes for Bucky were shared on Reddit and it looks like his arm could have been a different color. Check it out below.

There are several possible looks here but the one that stands out is the large picture. It shows Bucky donning a version of the Wakandan costume and sporting a golden arm. Interestingly, all of the looks show Bucky with his trademark long hair.

Fans were certainly hoping that Bucky would officially adopt the White Wolf mantle after it was teased in the Black Panther post-credit scene. Unfortunately, Steve Rogers' best friend ended up turning into dust (metal arm and all) during Infinity War's depressing conclusion. Nevertheless, there is still hope that this will happen in Avengers 4 especially since Bucky might have a special scene in the sequel.

Sebastian Stan had previously shared some interesting Avengers 4 spoilers. The Captain America: Civil War star somehow revealed that he had filmed a scene with Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer. Since the sequence did not appear in Infinity War, some believe that it is a key scene in A4.

The official Avengers 4 title has not yet been announced. Nevertheless, the film is scheduled for release on May 3, 2019.
