Black Widow Production Reportedly Moves From Budapest To London

The stars of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe flick Black Widow are certainly busy shooting for the highly anticipated film. However, it looks like production is now moving to a new location. It has just been revealed that the cast and crew are now in London after several weeks in Budapest.

The report comes from Geeks Worldwide which confirms Black Widow will now begin filming in Pinewoods Studios in London. The movie's stars Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh were previously spotted in Budapest where they were reportedly shooting scenes on a bike.

A recent Twitter post also confirmed that Pugh is currently in London. The Fighting With My Family actress was spotted by a fan during a London screening of her horror flick Midsommar and immediately took a photo. Check it out below.

There have been reports that Pugh is playing Yelena Belova, the second Black Widow. However, this has yet to be confirmed by Marvel Studios.

Johansson will reprise her role as Natasha Romanoff in the upcoming MCU film. The movie takes place several years before the events in Avengers: Endgame where Black Widow met her untimely demise. In the Cate Shortland flick, Nat is still a Soviet spy who gets recruited by SHIELD.

The film also stars Stranger Things actor David Harbour and Academy Award nominee Rachel Weisz. The Handmaiden's Tale's O. T. Fagbenle and King of Thieves star Ray Winstone round up the cast.

Black Widow is expected to continue production until September. Although it has not yet been given an official release date, the film could premiere sometime in 2020.
