Marvel fans have seen the Mark Ruffalo's Hulk grow over the years, his level of intelligence increasing in some of the film's that he's starred in. While we barely got to see the Hulk appear in Avengers: Infinity War, Bruce Banner's Big Guy took on a pretty big role in Thor: Ragnarok. Not only did the Jade Giant seem to have more control of himself in the third and final Thor installment, but he was forming more complex sentences in the film.
Now, as Marvel approaches the release of the second installment in its two-part culminating Avengers movie, rumor has it that fans are going to see a more intelligent Hulk in Avengers: Endgame. Knowing how Hulk hid away in Bruce Banner during most of Infinity War, a fan theory on Reddit suggests that Marvel will make up for the character's short screen time by introducing either Professor Hulk or fan-favorite Red Hulk in Endgame.
Pointing at Hulk's vision in Infinity War, Marvel fan Mr_leeman believes that Endgame could introduce either character soon.
For those who aren't familiar with these two different versions of Hulk, Professor Hulk is a single whole-minded version of the character with the genius of Bruce Banner. Meanwhile, Red Hulk starts as one of the main antagonists of Hulk in the comics.
Of course, the appearance of Professor Hulk might not seem like news to the fanbase. Toy leaks and speculation have all assumed that Professor Hulk might end up appearing in Endgame, replacing the Hulk that we've come to know and love in the MCU.
Still, we can't trust everything that runs around online. We'll just have to wait and see.
