Avengers: Endgame Gets Epic Anime Opening Credits

Avengers: Endgame might be one of the most highly anticipated films of the year, but the film's only had a few trailer releases – one of Marvel's attempts at keeping spoilers from leaking out to the public. Filling in that gaping hole, Marvel fans have decided to create their own Endgame videos, one of which includes an exciting anime opening credits for the film.

Earlier this week a Marvel fan uploaded an anime opening video for Endgame, splicing together scenes taken from the film's various promotional videos and then playing them along to the song Rise by Jpop band, Madkid. The band has made a number of anime songs in the past, and this new one certainly works as an opening. The cuts and edits for Endgame's anime opening video are pretty great too.

At the very end of the video, fans get to see Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) holding up the Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) mask to her face, reminding everyone of the sacrifice that ultimately has to be made.

There's certainly a lot of hype growing over Endgame. Not only is the film the final installment in Joe and Anthony Russo's two-part Avengers movie, but it also serves as the culmination of the past ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Yesterday word came out that Endgame would last for more than three hours in cinemas, potentially making the film the longest entry in the Marvel franchise. All the more for Marvel fans to go over.

Avengers: Endgame premieres April 26, 2019.
