[SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS: ENDGAME]
Probably one of the biggest surprises in Avengers: Endgame was the decision to make Thor overweight and have him stay that way the entire film. Sean Gunn, James Gunn's brother and the stand-in for Rocket Raccoon, had shared a picture of fat Thor on his IG, but it was soon taken down. Good thing Reddit managed to nab the photo.

The caption also reads:

I think it's amazing that they actually had Thor gain all the weight for the movie, and they managed to hide it in all the previews save for one image in the trailers. When the team puts together their hands before the time heist, you can see Thor's large arm in the shot. I actually thought it was War Machine or the Hulk; who would have guessed that the arm belonged to Thor?
With Thor joining the Guardians of the Galaxy by the end of the movie, I have a feeling we may see more of Chris Hemsworth in the future. Admittedly, I don't think the character was given a proper ending with his trilogy of films and I'm hoping Marvel gives him something as noble as Iron Man's and Steve Rogers'. I mean, Thor is part of the Marvel Trinity, so he deserves a big ending.
