The producers of Spider-Man: Brand New Day recently teased the possibility of a crossover movie between Tom Holland's Spider-Man and Tom Hardy's Venom.

In a recent interview with Josh Horowitz, Spider-Man: Brand New Day producers Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal were asked whether they have plans to do a crossover project between Tom Holland's Spider-Man and Tom Hardy's Venom.

While they didn't confirm any plans to develop the movie anytime soon, they expressed hope that they can still make it happen.

"It would be great, let’s put it that way," Pascal said, while Feige responded with, "Always have hope."

The conversation turned into a hilarious banter after Horowitz noted that it would have been ridiculous if they said the opposite.

Pascal added, "We have hope!" Meanwhile, Feige joked, "We have no hope."

Despite the ambiguity on the answer, it looks like the producers still have the idea in mind, and there is a possibility that the crossover would happen at some point.

For now, fans can catch Spider-Man: Brand New Day to find out what's next for the web-slinger in the MCU and whether it would set up some multiversal crossover in the future.

What Is Spider-Man: Brand New Day About?

Spider-Man: Brand New Day will mark an entirely new chapter for Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Four years have passed since the events of No Way Home, and Peter is now an adult living entirely alone, having voluntarily erased himself from the lives and memories of those he loves.

Crime-fighting in a New York that no longer knows his name, he's devoted himself entirely to protecting his city, a full-time Spider-Man, but as the demands on him intensify, the pressure sparks a surprising physical evolution that threatens his existence, even as a strange new pattern of crimes gives rise to one of the most powerful threats he has ever faced.

The main cast includes Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, Mark Ruffalo, Florence Pugh, and Liza Colon-Zayas.

The film is releasing in theaters worldwide this week. It will also be available on IMAX in select international markets.
