Many movie theaters may still be closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Netflix is giving us more reasons to stay home with their exciting lineup of original movies and TV shows coming in March 2021.
The rollout of Netflix originals begins on March 3 with the release of Moxie, the new film directed by Parks and Recreation actress Amy Pohler. For anime fans, Pacific Rim: The Black, which continues the story of Guillermo del Toro's sci-fi films, will premiere on March 4. DOTA: Dragon's Blood, based off the DOTA 2 universe, will also be released later this month.
For K-drama fans, Love Alarm Season 2 will be released on March 12. The first season was disappointingly short and ended in a cliffhanger, so hopefully this one will be more satisfying.
The creator of Money Heist has a new Spanish series reminds me of Charlie's Angels but more badass. That will be released on March 19.
There's also a good amount of intriguing documentaries such as The Lost Pirate Kingdom, which is about real-life pirates of the Caribbean violently plunder the world's riches and form a surprisingly egalitarian republic. That will arrive March 15.
Nicholas Cage has a new movie coming on March 20, and it's called Jiu Jutsu, which is about an ancient order of Jiu Jitsu fighters who faces a vicious race of alien invaders in an epic battle for the survival of Earth.
