While MCU fans already have a hunch that Teen is not Agatha Harkness's son, Agatha All Along episode 4 has just shown the Harbinger of Darkness the truth: Teen is not Nicholas Scratch, as much as she suspected him to be.
SPOILER WARNING: This article contains major spoilers for Agatha All Along, so proceed with caution.
Agatha Harkness Had Her Suspicions on Teen, But He's Not Her Son, Nicholas Scratch
Agatha's coven of witches began suspecting that Teen may not be the man he claims to be. A simple henchman of the Harbinger of Darkness? As Jen surmised, he may be one of Mephisto's spies tasked to sabotage their trials.
Another suspicion comes from the possibility that Teen and the mysterious veiling of his true name might indicate that he is actually Agatha's long-lost son, Nicholas Scratch.
Even though MCU fans are already convinced that Joe Locke's Teen is Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch's son, Billy Maximoff aka Wiccan, Agatha doesn't know a thing about that or Teen's identity.
That said, Agatha's inexplicable fondness for a stranger like Teen could be a reason to believe that he may be her son.
Other fans are led to believe that Rio Vidal (played by Aubrey Plaza) may have hidden Nicholas Scratch, despite initial speculations that Rio broke up with Agatha after the latter witch had seemingly sacrificed their son for the Darkhold.
Agatha All Along episode 4 titled If I Can't Reach You, Let My Song Teach You answered the Harbinger's question.
As Agatha said, you don't have to know someone's name "to know who they are." In this case, Agatha believed for a brief moment that Teen may be Nicholas. That is until Rio dropped those fantasies by breaking that thought, "Agatha, that boy isn't yours."
While Agatha may have been disappointed over the true answer from Rio, it would have been better off this way than to let her resentment towards the Scarlet Witch grow.
