One of the burning questions that viewers of the hit new Netflix series A Man on the Inside have is whether Kristen Bell made a cameo appearance.
During the season finale, viewers spotted a mysterious woman who is seemingly wearing the same outfit as Bell's The Good Place character Eleanor Shellstrop which made them wonder if it was indeed the actress.
Now, we finally have the confirmation that we've been waiting for.
Did Kristen Bell Appear in A Man on the Inside Season Finale?
Yes, the mysterious woman that A Man on the Inside viewers spotted in the season finale was indeed Kristen Bell.
The confirmation was made in a recent Instagram post by another The Good Place star D'Arcy Carden, who also made a cameo appearance in the episode as Professor Della Denunzio.
"Another mystery solved," Carden wrote in her caption.
The brief moment was a mini-reunion for the main cast of The Good Place since Ted Danson, Carden, and Bell were sharing the same scene and it was exciting for viewers who were also fans of the hit NBC comedy series.
There is also the Michael Schur connection as he created both The Good Place and A Man on the Inside and he has a penchant for bringing back the same actors in the multiple projects he produced.
Bell's uncredited brief appearance also comes as she also recently had a hit series of her own on Netflix with Nobody Wants This, which was recently renewed for a second season and poised to be one of Netflix's biggest hits of the year.
Is A Man on the Inside Already Renewed for a Second Season?
So far, Netflix has not officially renewed A Man on the Inside for a second season, but it has become a major hit for them since the premiere.
The ending of the first season finale sets up a new case that Charles will tackle for the potential second season, which is an exciting tease of what's to come in the future.
"We pitched it to them as a series, not a limited thing. We won’t know the reality of that for a couple weeks at least, probably more like a month or two," Schur said on the show's potential second season in a recent interview.
"But before the season was even over, we had started saying [a second season] could be this, could be this, and trying to figure out how it would be different and how it would be the same. He can’t go undercover at Pacific View anymore. Obviously, that ship has sailed."
