Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid recently called it quits after six years of dating. Reports revealed that the former One Direction member got into an altercation with Gigi’s mom, Yolanda Hadid while the latter was in his home.
Zayn Malik pleaded no contest to four counts of criminal harassment against Yolanda. But he made it clear that this wasn’t because the Real House of Beverly Hills star’s allegations were accurate. Instead, he decided to accept the charges so that he and his daughter, Khai could move on in peace.

Zayn Malik Claims He Didn’t Strike Yolanda Hadid
But in his statement to TMZ, Malik said that he adamantly denies striking Yolanda.
“I adamantly deny striking Yolanda Hadid and for the sake of my daughter I decline to give any further details and I hope that Yolanda will reconsider her false allegations and move towards healing these family issues in private,” he said.

Days after their family’s feud made headlines, rumors claimed that there’s more to the story than what Malik, Gigi, and Yolanda are letting on.
Yolanda Hadid Confronted Zayn Malik About His Secret Affair
In Touch Weekly, in its Nov. 15 issue, claimed that Malik pushed Yolanda against the closet after she confronted him about a secret affair. Years ago, Malik was linked to 41-year-old Italian masseuse, Enrica Petrongari.
Petrongari claimed that her affair with Malik was short and sweet, and it allegedly took place while the singer and Gigi were on a break. Shortly after, the exes got back together, and they conceived their daughter.
Yolanda could no longer trust Malik after his alleged affair, and this is, allegedly, how their relationship turned sour.
“She doesn’t trust Zayn. She was willing to give him a second chance, but as time has gone by, she’s been troubled. She thinks he’s bad news and isn’t working hard enough to deal with his issues – and she thinks Gigi deserves better,” an unnamed source said.
Zayn Malik Thinks Gigi Hadid’s Mom Is Obsessed With Him
Malik, on the other hand, thinks that Yolanda is obsessed with him. He can’t also stand the former model and the fact that she’s always in his house to visit Khai.
“Zayn literally can’t stand the sight of Yolanda and has accused her of stirring the pot. He thinks she’s the mother-in-law from hell,” the unnamed source said.
For now, Khai is with her mom, Gigi. This means that the youngster will always be around her grandmother. According to the source, Yolanda doesn’t want Malik to go anywhere near his daughter and their family.
“In fact, Yolanda is urging Gigi to fight for full custody of Khai. It looks like Gigi will, but she will have a battle on her hands. There’s no way Zayn will let it happen,” the source said.

Zayn Malik, Gigi Hadid Still Love Each Other
The unnamed source is also confident that Malik and Gigi won’t get back together anytime soon because the singer needs to deal with his issues. However, there’s allegedly no denying the fact that the exes still love each other so a reunion sometime in the near future is still, allegedly, possible.
Following the altercation, reports revealed that Malik’s close bond with Gigi’s younger sister, Bella also became strained.
According to Us Weekly, Bella and Gigi’s brother, Anwar have decided to separate themselves from Malik. They also hate what he did to their sister.
