Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, married in May 2024 and are now welcoming their first adopted child this summer.
The Stranger Things star made the bold announcement with the comment section off on her Instagram account, in which the post read: "This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy. And then there were three. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi."
Millie, 21, and her husband, 23, were seen pushing a stroller up the East Coast as they traded red carpets for diaper duty in the Hamptons, according to photos obtained by TMZ.
Millie has never kept her wish to become a mother a secret. In fact, previously, she told the SmartLess podcast that she'd want to become a young mother: "My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. This has been my thing since before I met Jake. I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me."
As for adoption, the Damsel actress didn't see anything different about it compared to birthing, "For me, I don't see having your own child as really any different from adopting... The energy in our house is the door is always open."
