Wonder Woman 1984 Adds Another Possible DC Character

There are still so many mysteries surrounding Wonder Woman 1984 like Steve Trevor's unexpected return and Pedro Pascal's character. However, the DC Extended Universe film has added yet another cast member who could be playing a possible comic book character.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the second Wonder Woman film will feature Kristoffer Polaha in an undisclosed role. The actor is known for working on several Hallmark Channel original films and has appeared in a few TV shows as well. But who exactly is Polaha playing in 1984? Although there are speculations that the Life Unexpected star will take on the role of a DC hero, it's possible that he has a minor role in the film.

There are certainly bigger questions that need to be answered in the new Wonder Woman film. For instance, fans are still wondering why Chris Pine's character appears to have been resurrected despite his obvious death in the first movie. There are some interesting theories as to why Steve hasn't aged in a century, with some suggesting that he is a reincarnation of the original character to Pine playing a completely different character.

Pine's character isn't the only one that's been a favorite subject for fan theories. Pascal's role in the film has not yet been verified, leading to some speculations about the character. The most recent rumor purports that the former Game of Thrones actor might be playing the villainous Maxwell Lord in the movie.

Gal Gadot returns in Wonder Woman 1984, which is scheduled for release on June 5, 2020.
