Did Gloria Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Gloria died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Gloria is the hardworking mother of David Martinez, who worked as a MedTech at Night City Medical Center.
Unfortunately, her job does not pay enough to cover all of their expenses, including health insurance.
When Gloria and David are caught in the crossfire, the medevac abandons them to die.
While David survived, Gloria died as a result of serious injuries. She was cremated because David did not have enough money to hold a funeral.
Did Pilar Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Pilar died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Pilar is one of Maine's most insane edgerunners. Despite his vulgar and crude behavior toward others, he provides comic relief among the members. He is also Rebecca's older brother.
Among the group, Pilar is a techie equipped with an M-10AF Lexington Power Pistol.
Unfortunately, Rebecca was left to fend for herself after Pilar was killed by a cyber psycho.
He would've been alive if he didn't bother the cyber psycho in the corner who was minding his own business.
Did Maine Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Maine died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Maine was the acting leader when David joined his gang of edgerunners. He was the original owner of the Sandevistan implant that David had installed on himself.
Maine purchased the implant from Gloria, who died before fulfilling her end of the bargain.
Maine eventually succumbed to the symptoms of cyber psychosis. After all, he has numerous implants on his body that he uses on a daily basis.
He is equipped with the Crusher Power Shotgun and the Projectile Launch System cyberware.
Maine eventually fought to the death against MaxTac's Regulations Group after his group botched their mission to abduct Tanaka.
Did Dorio Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Dorio died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Dorio is Maine's love interest. Despite her muscular and tough exterior, Dorio is an affectionate woman who goes above and beyond for the people she trusts.
She wears the Gorilla Arms cyberware and is equipped with Overture as well as the HJSH-18 Masamune power assault rifle.
Dorio died defending Maine from the people of Arasaka Corporation as well as from MaxTac soldiers.
Despite her lover's cyber psychosis, she decided to protect Maine from the onslaught of bullets, leaving herself open to the assault.
Did Kiwi Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Kiwi died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Kiwi, like Lucy, is a netrunner who hacks, dives, and mines data. In addition to her Cyberdeck cyberware, she has multiple interface plugs, a cybernetic jaw mask, cyber optics, and dermal implants.
Kiwi is one of the smartest members of the group, acting only for herself and not for others.
In fact, Kiwi betrayed David and the rest of his crew in order to support Faraday's interests.
However, Kiwi died after Faraday's men pursued her through the streets in order to dispose of her body and knowledge of his plans.
Did Rebecca Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Rebecca died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Rebecca is a fan favorite among the fans of the show. Because of her personality and character design, she is a very likable character.
Rebecca stands out among Maine's gang of edgerunners for her good looks, vulgar personality, cybersavvy, and concern for others.
Rebecca's cyberware includes cyber optics, dermal implants, and unnamed cyberware arms.
She also has firearms like the Crusher, DB-2 Satara, D5 Copperhead, and Unity, as well as a SOR-22 Power Precision Rifle.
Regrettably, Rebecca died fighting for David and Lucy's sake. Adam Smasher landed on top of her and smashed her to the ground, killing her.
A gruesome end for such a beloved character!
Did Faraday Die in Edgerunners?
Yes, Faraday died in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Faraday works as a fixer for the Militech Corporation. He hires Maine's mercenary outlaws to complete dangerous tasks for him.
Maine deflected from Militech Corporation near the end of the story in his attempt to climb the corporate ladder through the Arasaka Corporation.
In the midst of his negotiation with the Arasaka Corporation’s representative, David manages to attack Faraday using his Sandevista implant. This resulted in Faraday’s leg getting amputated and Faraday sustaining other injuries.
When the medevac arrived to pick up Faraday, David made sure to not let him go.
Faraday was killed in the clash between David and Adam Smasher when he fell from the medevac's chopper above the Arasaka Tower.
Did Lucy Die in Edgerunners?
No, Lucy did not die in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Lucy was a netrunner who had previously worked for the Arasaka Corporation.
After going rogue, she joined Maine's circle and began pickpocketing to support herself in Night City.
Lucy's cyberware as a netrunner consists of a Cyberdeck, also known as a Cybermodem, a Monowire, and various interface plugs.
Lucy's firearm is a Constitutional Arms Unity, which is a type of power pistol.
When Faraday kidnaps Lucy, David did everything he could to get her back. Despite the fact that David's time was up, he was able to save Lucy from Adam Smasher's clutches.
At the end of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Lucy decided to use the money David received from Faraday to go to the moon and achieve her dream on her own.
Did David Survive in Edgerunners?
In Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, David did not survive.
Despite his role in the anime, David's life was not shielded by the main character's plot armor.
David's death was long overdue from the start. It was only a matter of time before David developed symptoms of cyber psychosis after installing the Sandevistan on himself.
Worse, Faraday duped David into having the cyber skeleton implant installed on him, on top of the burden of using the Sandevistan.
David's cyberware also includes a Syn-Lungs 04, a Projectile Launch System, dermal implants, unnamed cyber legs, and fortified ankles in addition to the two military-grade implants.
In short, cyberware has completely replaced almost all of his body parts.
David, like Rebecca, died in a gruesome manner. Adam Smasher blew his brains out after disassembling his body parts.
