Peacock hasn't renewed M.I.A. for a second season yet, but creators Bill Dubuque and Karen Campbell have confirmed their plans for the series. In fact, the show could even extend beyond two seasons, as Campbell revealed to ScreenRant that there is “definitely enough story to sustain five kick-a-- seasons.”

After reading Dubuque’s original pilot script, she was convinced they “could easily get five really robust, incredible seasons” out of M.I.A.

If this happens, the series would run longer than Ozark’s four seasons. Campbell also added that they already “have some great ideas” for the show’s future.
