A new announcement from the official My Happy Marriage anime accounts has revealed the official release date for the highly anticipated second season of the popular rom-com series.
To keep fans excited, they’ve not only shared a new key visual but also released a trailer featuring the release date and the opening theme song. Read on to find out when the sequel will drop and what we can expect from it.
When Will My Happy Marriage Season 2 Be Available to Stream?
According to the anime’s official X account and the new teaser trailer, My Happy Marriage Season 2 will premiere on January 6, 2026, at 22:30 JST.
The promotional video also revealed the theme song, "Shiawase na Yakusoku," performed by Riria, as well as the ending song, "Tsukikage Okuri," by Kashitaro Ito.
Fans were ecstatic to see the couple in the new visual, with Miyo looking adorable in her pink kimono and Kiyoka looking dashing in his uniform.
The original voice cast will return, including Reina Ueda as Miyo Saimori, Kaito Ishikawa as Kiyoka Kudo, Ayane Sakura as Kaya Saimori, and Kotaro Nishiyama as Koji Tatsuishi. Haruka Tomatsu will also join the cast as Kaoruko Jinnouchi.
