Ever since Avengers: Endgame, there have been distinct periods of time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Fans now determine if a Marvel film or series takes place “pre-snap”, “post-snap”, or right in the middle (during the Blip).
Secret Invasion is the first series of Phase Five of the MCU. The series follows Nick Fury attempting to thwart a Skrull invasion on Earth.
So when does Secret Invasion take place in Phase Five of the MCU Timeline?

The official synopsis of Secret Invasion provides that the series is "set in the present day MCU."
And in a press conference for Secret Invasion, Jonathan Schwartz, VP of Production & Development at Marvel Studios, confirmed when the series takes place in the MCU timeline (via The Direct).
So, Secret Invasion happens after She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, which means it takes place in the year 2025 - the MCU's present-day setting after the events that occurred in Avengers: Endgame and the time that has passed since then in post-Endgame films and series.

Will Secret Invasion Lead into The Marvels?
Nick Fury is in the trailer for The Marvels, but in the Secret Invasion trailer, Fury is up for “one last fight.” This left fans confused about whether Secret Invasion takes place before or after The Marvels.
In Empire Magazine's feature on Secret Invasion, actor Samuel L. Jackson revealed that the show happens before The Marvels:
So, Secret Invasion takes place before The Marvels. And because the series needs to happen so that the movie can happen, the events of Secret Invasion would likely lead into what is set to happen in The Marvels.
