We've known Elizabeth to be as kind a teacher as you'll find in this imaginary world, but we also know that there are terrible actors and people who show up with ulterior reasons even in Hope Valley. It's something that could appear in at least this episode, and who knows what else? Perhaps it will have a bigger part later in the season.

Lucas (Chris McNally, Snowkissed) and Nathan (Kevin McGarry, Heartland) decide to have a race – animal vs. machine.

We're hoping that the Nathan-Lucas racing narrative in When Calls the Heart Season 9 Episode 5 isn't related to the love triangle that we witnessed on the show last year. After all, we've already been through it, and we don't want to go through it again in the future.
