What is the Infinity Crusher in Marvel's What If..? Finale
Ultron with all the six Infinity stones wreaked havoc in the multiverse, sending his robot army throughout different universes, and Uatu decided that he will be having his own way, his intervention, to counter the supervillain by choosing who would become part of the Guardians of the Multiverse.
The Guardians of the Multiverse was chosen among various alternate realities across the multiverse: Captain Carter, Gamora who wields the two-sided sword of Thanos, Killmonger who is now the Black Panther, Star-Lord T'Challa, and Party Thor. Surprisingly, Natasha from the Age of Ultron universe was not called upon and chosen.
One of the chosen ones was Gamora who was triumphant in defeating Thanos and described as the "lone survivor of Sakaar" which hints that she had a tough fight with the Mad Titan. Surprisingly, she and Tony Stark are best of friends, or partners, at least that was what was seen in the finale. Stark dons an Iron Man suit as big as the Hulk buster but it seems to be one that fits the environment of being in outer space.

They were with Eitri that time, forging an Infinity crusher, the one to pound all the Infinity stones to dust. The weapon was made from the infinity gauntlet of Thanos. However, when it was time to crush all the stones. It did not work. Gamora realized that the Infinity Crusher can only destroy the ones in her reality, not in the reality where Ultron belongs.
Doctor Strange Supreme trapped Ultron-Zola and Killmonger in the middle of a joust between the stones as he froze time at the perfect moment wherein no villain holds all six Infinity stones and it remained in suspension, away from the hands of any of the villains.
Well, guess that explains why in Loki, some infinity stones are just paperweight.
